How to fix the Responsiveness problem with Samsung Galaxy y(S5360)

Samsung Galaxy y (s 5360) is an awesome feature packed Android phone which comes under 7500 rs.But there have been some reports that the capacitive keys are not working properly,need two or more touches sometimes.
Instead of going for re-mapper it can be fixed in a single step.....

1)Ensure that if u have a Screen guard
2)if yes try cleaning that because dust may be the problem
3)if it still doesn't help try removing the screen guard (Trust me it works)

i had the same problem and the service personals couldn't find the problem removing the screen guard worked for me......Give it a shot before you give it for repair.....
